Let's get your books off your plate
Tell us about your business and we'll show you exactly what clean, current books would look like — starting at $275/month.
Straightforward bookkeeping for straightforward small businesses
We target complexity, not industry. If your books should be clean and simple, we keep them that way — every month.
Monthly bookkeeping
Transaction categorization, bank and credit-card reconciliations, and a consistent monthly close you can rely on.
Financial reporting
A clear profit & loss and balance sheet delivered every month, so you always know how the business is doing.
QuickBooks cleanup
Setup of a new QuickBooks Online file, or rescue of a messy one. Historical cleanup is scoped and priced separately.
Priced separatelyPayroll reconciliation
We reconcile payroll against your books so everything ties out. Payroll itself stays with your provider.
Included in Standard · $50/mo add-onAP / AR support
Bill and invoice tracking for businesses that need a closer hand on cash flow.
Higher-tier serviceThe monthly financial summary
Beyond the raw statements, we send a short, plain-language recap each month — the handful of numbers that actually tell you how the business is doing, plus anything worth a closer look. Read it in two minutes; no accounting background required.
A note on scope
We deliberately keep things simple. We're not the right fit for complex inventory, trust accounting, multi-entity consolidations, complex multi-state sales tax, or heavy construction job-costing. If that's you, we're glad to point you toward a firm that specializes — no hard feelings.
We'll recommend the right scope
Tell us about your business on a quick call and we'll point you to the plan that fits — no pressure, no jargon.

We started Canyons Bookkeeping because small businesses deserve the same clarity in their numbers that big companies pay teams for — delivered by someone who actually answers your questions.
We started Canyons Bookkeeping because small-business owners should be able to understand and trust their financials without spending their evenings inside QuickBooks.
Good bookkeeping creates a reliable foundation for better decisions, cleaner tax preparation, and sustainable growth. Our job is to keep that foundation organized each month, so you can focus on running the business.
